Bill, retired and Chris now Waterway Plumbing has taken over Bill's business. Bill was fair and honest, but Chris is way to expensive and trying to pay off the loan in one setting. He installed a new 30 gal. Water heater and charged us $1,500. The water heater was $550 at Lowes or Home Depot. $100 to go to the sight and $850 for labor for 3 hours.

I have used BW Plumbing Services 3 times in the past 4 months. Having a 12 year old house things are happening. I am very pleased with Bill's work ethic. When he tells me a time he will arrive he is always punctual and I feel his prices are fair.

Bill has completed three separate projects for us in the past year. He is quick to arrive and does outstanding work including repair of washer pipes, bar sink and installation of a new facet.

I can't say enough great things about BW Plumbing. Bill was prompt, professional and did quality work at a very fair price. Highly recommended.
